- This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools.
- Fonts are served locally from our own server – no data is sent to third parties such as Google Fonts.
- Personal data is only processed as far as necessary to operate the website or to respond to your enquiries.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser in so-called server log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested page or file and amount of data transferred
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- browser and operating system used
This processing serves to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (e.g. to fend off attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing our website securely and without errors. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and additionally on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). 4. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, name, content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

6. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

This privacy policy applies only to the website lanethree.net. Our apps are covered by separate privacy policies, which are linked within each app and in its App Store or Google Play listing.

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
