Sleuthy has no accounts, no ads and no tracking. Your progress and settings stay on your device.

Purchases

Payments go through Apple or Google; we never see your payment details. To unlock and restore purchases we use RevenueCat as our processor. It receives a random app identifier, your purchase history for this app and technical device and connection data (such as your IP address), also on servers in the United States. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. This data is not used for advertising and is deleted when no longer needed.

Usage statistics

To see which parts of the game work, the app sends anonymous usage events to TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany, telemetrydeck.com/privacy), such as “tutorial finished”, “case 5 solved” or “pack opened”, with the app version, device type, system version and language. The identifier is a random value hashed on your device; no IP addresses are stored, nothing is linked to you and nothing is used for advertising. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in improving the game.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object, and to complain to a data protection authority. An email to dev@lanethree.net is enough.
